The New Zealand Whisky Collection is known for their beautiful blends, delicious red-wine finishes & the oldest New Zealand made single malts. Our products range from aged whiskies, once distilled in the old Wilson’s Distillery, to our new spirits freshly distilled in Dunedin.
Since the beginning, our goal was to revive whisky production in the region. That dream finally came true in 2020, when our stills were installed at Speight’s Brewery in Dunedin. We are thrilled to be distilling our own whisky and invite you to join us on our journey!
